Lorex ECO Stratus App Reviews

This software use to work fine. I bought my lorex system in 2015 and this app was made in 2014. Lorex was sold to an overseas company and they no longer support or update this app or lorex products. The calendar for remote viewing no longer works. I purchased Lorex for this apps convenience of remote viewing, Lorex support said there will be no furthur update to lorex product line. Total disappointment.

PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP!!! Thank you.

When will this app be updated for the new ISO 10.3 and have 64bit

I constantly have to uninstall the app and reinstall it for it to work but then it stops working and I have to repeat the process. For the cameras being so expensive the app to view them should work.

It says failed to connect to device and we havent changed any password or anything

Please update it to support the bigger screens the picture looks stretched and not very clear. With the iOS 10 update the calendar doesnt work. Minor updates can fix this problem. We will see if Lorex stands behind their products. I will not upgrade to a new lorex system knowing that it will not be supported

Ive read bad reviews and dont understand why? Is your internet connection bad, bad cell connection what ever. Do some basic internet searches before you call it junk, if you dont want it you can send it to me haha they do need a update for iOS 10.

This app is totally a piece of junk. Deserve 0.5 stars. Does not work most of the time. Crashes the rest of the time. I will pull the cameras and return because of this app.

Although have defended the quality of Lorex for years I am slowly beginning to leave. With the "no repair" available past the warranty and this app the leader in rapid crashing its getting harder and harder to not go where the support is better. Got a lot of Lorex in operation but slowly changing my preference.

This app started out okay, but now I cant even connect to my cameras through this app! This is so frustrating!!!!!

This did work okay on iPhone 6 but does not work on iPhone 7. Developer or the company does not care about their product. Low ratings and multiple complaints about their app with no updates or resolutions. Please make this app compatible with iPhone 7.

When I open my app on my iPhone6 now, I keep getting a message saying that it may slow down my phone and that the owner of the app needs to update it to make it more compatible.

Like many if the comments mentioned,the camera itself works fine. The app needs some work. You cant always view the cameras, the app crashes, no email access.. needs work!!!!

Are you ever going to update this app?!?? My phone runs slow when using this app. Last one was February 6, 2014.

My I initial setup in 2013 worked fine. But in 2015 something happened...iOS update or??? It on works on Wifi, whether I am at home or at a hotel...IT WILL ON WORK ON WIFI. I spent so much hours trying to setup port forwarding and even thought my cell provider was blocking lorex?? But I just read other reviewers that had the same problem even with TMobile. This app needs to be updated to fix this issue...defeats the purpose of viewing the camera anywhere if it doesnt work on ATT LTE!!!

I like the app and its useful when it connects and works. Since the new update with iOS 10 playback capabilities have suffered. Please update the app. 2/7/17: Wow, absolutely no support for this application, what garbage! This app needs a serious overhaul and compatibility with Apple new iOS 10. Come on!
